Well, there is a religious site that I always look at. They have everything from videos to radio, a library and free book offers (I think those are just for the USA). The guy who runs it has a fascinating background - that's on there somewhere, too. It's nothing like many of the glitzy "give us your money" sites (even though they do ask for donations), but it's very professional.

As for non-religious sites, I'm getting to like Google videos. There is a lot of stuff there, and usually full length programs.
