Some may probably know me already but anyways I'm transferring my SXC-Library to RGB while I'm making this thread.
Anyway I will not be coming to visit the forums very often, I just want to share my images with everyone.
And now I'm gonna eat my croque monsieur with herbbutter lol

Is that grilled cheese? I gave up dairy (that cured my asthma), but there are days I would kill for a toasted cheese sandwich!
You have an excellent gallery, so I'm glad you brought it across.

This the thing I was going to eat :-)
but I make them without the milk, salt and pepper. Just 2 slices of bread Ham and cheese in the middle. and the butter on the outside 20miniutes in the oven on 170° and turn them 3 times in those minutes. Served with some salad and even better with a Fried egg turned upside down on de Croq. :-)
Anyway it's a good receipt when you have old bread.

insufficient data!
Please state activities prior to toasting. What is the milk for? and the flour?
That looks good enough to eat!
Oh, and hello, Littleman. Nice to meet you.

I don't know what the milk and flour is for. I just got the recipe from 1-click-answers!
I'll just have one of what Jef is having. That looks good to me too!

I don't eat pigs, either, but you've made me very hungry. Guess I'll have a banana! LOL

Croque Monsieur in Barcelona is called Bikini :)))
May I suggest a mediterranean version? A bit of olive oil instead of butter and add some fresh striped tomato to both bread slices and fresh mozzarela cheese instead of swiss cheese
