New images are disappearing

When I have uploaded images, and filed in the text and press the "save" button - nothing is saved.
No images are visible in Photo management in the "not published" section....
??

Today there was an small technical photo upload problem on www.rgbstock.com.
Due to this problem, uploaded photos did not have a title, description or keywords.
Would you please go to the upload page again and correct this problem by re-entering the keywords, description and title?
